DMCA Policy

Reduce Task ("Reduce Task," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our website and services to do the same. This Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") Policy describes how copyright holders can notify us of alleged infringement on the Reduce Task platform.

1. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content available on or through the Reduce Task platform infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a takedown notice. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must be in writing and include the following information:

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. A valid counter-notification must include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the removed material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, your contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of a federal court located within your jurisdiction.

4. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrights owned by others, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
